Cancellations after 2 weeks from the date of booking would lead to direct forfeit of the initial booking amount. Certain cases where the circumstances are unavoidable could be entertained for a full refund but at sole discretion of the company. In case the refund for the initial booking amount is confirmed from the company by issuing an official email, the company will refund the entire booking amount to the customer within 12 weeks from the date of intimation from the company.
